- A tadka of mustard seeds, chanadal, curry leaves and red & green chillies.
- Addition of a cup of kala chana sprouts, a finely chopped tomato & onion each, a grated carrot and salt to taste.
- Mixing & sauteing the ingredients for a couple of minutes.
- Adding a tbs of lemon juice or accordingly.
These simple steps would result in a protein rich snack / meal.
