Kala Chana Sprouts Salad

    • A tadka of mustard seeds, chanadal, curry leaves and red & green chillies.
    • Addition of a cup of kala chana sprouts, a finely chopped tomato & onion each, a grated carrot and salt to taste.
    • Mixing & sauteing the ingredients for a couple of minutes.
    • Adding a tbs of lemon juice or accordingly.

    These simple steps would result in a protein rich snack / meal.

    4. Sauteeing for a couple of minutes is enough if chana sprouts are being used. If kala chana is used, then it needs to be cooked.
